Deniz Fletcher is a producer and communications strategist with a background across global luxury and lifestyle brands. Deniz has led campaigns, launched products, and worked closely with talent to shape stories that resonate across different audiences and platforms. Her experience spans both agency and in-house roles, bringing a strong understanding of positioning, narrative, and how projects move from concept to execution. At Sound and Picture, Deniz oversees production and strategy, ensuring each project is delivered with clarity, momentum, and purpose.

Adam Fletcher is a filmmaker, editor and creative director working across documentary, branded film and the contemporary art world. His work is rooted in character-led storytelling, often sitting between portrait, documentary and visual essay. He is particularly drawn to subjects where process and personality intersect, creating films that feel observed rather than constructed. Alongside independent and cultural projects, he has led in-house production at scale, delivering high-level brand and executive work while maintaining a consistent focus on craft, tone and narrative.
